London-born James Longworth arrived in Edinburgh in 1995 where he spent three years completing a degree in psychology.

James’s mix of popular charty / party music with funky and commercial house quickly made him a super in-demand DJ across Scotland’s capital. His success launching Espionage for Saltire Taverns led to further multi-million pound venue launches including City and Le Monde.

Latterly James has been concentrating on promoting his own club nights including the now legendary VIBE originally at eGo. It finally closed its doors after seven years in 2009 and James announced his semi-retirement from the industry.  To be honest nobody is quite sure what he means by that...
